Instructions for Remote Support session

We use software which has encryption, this means the connection can only be seen by our technician and you. This software requires no set-up and will only be running during the Remote Support session.

Complete the following to start the Remote Support Client

  • Click Here to download the client and select Run, Run and select Connect.

The technician will then connect to your Remote Support session and assist you with the issue.

Once the Remote session has been completed we will send you an Invoice with a PayPal request for payment via email. You will be able to securely pay by PayPal or Credit/Debit card.
